Training needs pre- and post-corona

The global pandemic not only affected our day-to-day lives but also the construction and installation market in many ways. Besides the more obvious effects (supply chain shortage, online order behaviour, changes in orientation behaviour etc), the corona crisis also impacts the training needs of installers. Or more specifically, the way the training is consumed.

In order to have a clear view of any potential changes due to corona, and perhaps more importantly their future behaviour, the new Q1 2021 report of the European Mechanical Installation Monitor focused on the topic of training needs.

Besides the focus on online training vs face-to-face, the report also covers topics like the best time for training, relevant topics and settings, interest in becoming certified partners and many more.

The full report is now available for 2,500 Euros.
