European Mechanical Installation Monitor: Prefabrication
In many of our studies, for example amongst architects and general builders, we regularly track the developments of prefab and prefab usage. Prefab is a trend, since it is vital for the future of the construction and installation market, as labour becomes more scarce and buildings need to be constructed faster, of a higher standard and cheaper.
European architects and general builders report that in roughly one third of all projects some form of prefab is applied and they expect an upwards trend.
But what about mechanical installers? To what extent do they already use prefab? This, and much more, is covered in the new Q2 2020 report of the European Mechanical Installation Monitor on prefabrication.
The full report is out now and covers 8 European countries and many other prefab related insights. Results are presented on a country level and aggregated.
The full report is now available for 2,500 Euros.
