CORPORATIES ZETTEN IN OP FLEXIBELE WOONCONCEPTEN

Inzet op flexibele woonconcepten en focus op specifieke doelgroepen (met zorg)

Ruim de helft van de corporaties zegt voor het komend jaar modulaire woonconcepten op het programma te hebben staan. Het is met name een interessante richting voor middelgrote en kleine corporaties om snel in te spelen op de grote vraag naar woningen, maar ook op een later moment flexibel te zijn in de invulling bij veranderende wensen.Ook heeft de helft van de corporaties concepten waarbij wonen en zorg gecombineerd worden op de planning. Corporaties als koploper in de markt bij ontwikkelen nieuwe woonconcepten?

Ruim de helft van de corporaties (53%) ziet corporaties bij uitstek als dé partij om nieuwe woonconcepten te lanceren. Met name middelgrote en kleine corporaties lijken koploper te willen zijn op dit gebied. Zij vinden vaker dat corporaties dé partij hiervoor zijn en hebben ook vaker het komend jaar diverse nieuwe woonconcepten op de planning staan. Als grootste voorwaarde om dit ook echt in praktijk te kunnen brengen is ondersteuning van de gemeente(n). Bijna driekwart van de corporaties (73%) verwacht meer ondersteuning van de lokale overheid. Met name bij het snel beschikbaar krijgen van (betaalbare) locaties. Ook wordt de visie en centrale regie vanuit de landelijke overheid gemist; 88% pleit voor een minister(ie) van Wonen in het volgende kabinet.
