RESEARCH ANALYST | Hiring in Rotterdam & Zagreb | start in February
As a Research Analyst at USP Marketing Consultancy, you get the opportunity to learn on the job what it is like to work in an international market research company. Within a research project, there are several phases and the more experience you gain, the more you will be involved in all these phases.
Each research project starts with a kick-off. Together with the Project Manager and the rest of the project team you discuss what this project will entail.
In your role as Research Analyst you will contribute to programming questionnaires, compiling a sample and analyzing the research results. You will also be involved in monitoring the fieldwork and writing the reports. This will give you the chance to turn data into insights and see the actual effect of your work.
We want to give fresh graduates the opportunity to grow and discover their talents. That is why you do not have to have actual work experience for this position and all of our employees have a Personal Development Plan. In this plan, USP outlines what the growth ambitions are, what time frame this involves, which training courses can be followed and which development steps need to be taken. Twice a year, there is an evaluation and consideration moment, but in the meantime, there is also a lot of guidance from the Team Leaders and Business Unit Managers to ensure that your growth plans are achieved.
Depending on the Business Unit you are in you will be focusing on topics that are related to construction, installation, do-it-yourself or living and real estate. Our Business Units are divided into teams with different Team Leaders.
