Training needs
The European Electrical Installation Monitor is published every quarter and cover’s 7 European countries and this quarters topic is “Training needs of installers”.
The European electrical installers market has quickly recovered from the initial corona crisis impact and is showing strong growth. Order books are high, and turnover is increasing. This high workload has its effects on the behaviour of installers. One of the areas where this effect is strongly visible is in the training needs of installers.
The need for training from manufacturers, the wholesale and sector organisations has been increasing year on year. Knowledge is becoming a powerful marketing and customer intimacy tool. However, the corona crisis has impacted the training needs and frequency of attendance drastically. The amount of trainings installers followed dropped significantly and there was a clear shift towards more online trainings instead of face-to-face. That being said, it’s very interesting to see that installers still prefer to have face-to-face trainings instead of online trainings in the future.
The report covers:
– Economic development of installers.
– The impact of corona on the training needs of installers.
And much more.
The full report is now available for 4,000 Euros.
