The COVID-19 pandemic has a major impact on the economy and construction industry. Together with Vakmedianet, we started the construction-wide monitor at the end of Q1 2020. This monthly Monitor provides an overview of how 11 parties in the Dutch construction sector are doing. We measure turnover development, turnover expectations, measures and the consequences on the strategy.

Monthly insight into the market situation in the construction and real estate sector

The market situation is changing rapidly due to COVID-19. From the USP Bouwpanel and the readers of the Dutch trade magazines Cobouw, de Architect, Vastgoedmarkt, Installatie Journaal and Gawalo, we ask about 1,200 organizations from the construction sector (developers, investors, corporations, architects, interior architects, contractors, HVAC- and Electrical-installation companies) about the turnover development & expectations, the measures that are taken and the consequence of the market situation on the strategy.
