At USP, we believe that a solid foundation is half the battle. Therefore, we are looking for future Project Managers.

In the first year, you will learn how we conduct research, work with software, supervise fieldwork, and analyze results. You will also take the first steps in client communication and translating research results into recommendations.

Our aim is to prepare you for the role of Project Manager within one year. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire research process. You will translate client requirements into questionnaires, supervise fieldwork and analysis, create reports, and present the obtained insights to the client.

Your market knowledge and research expertise will bring added value to housing corporations, enabling you to provide clear insights and precise advice.

We are looking for someone who wants to make the move to Junior Project Manager in the short term.

We are looking for someone who:

Has HBO/WO level of education;
Has an enthusiastic, open, and critically positive attitude;
Experience in conducting research and/or working with organizations active in the housing market is a plus.
